Focus And ConsistencyIs this you? You are striving towards success but you keep getting side tracked from your daily activities. Do you lack focus and consistency, the progress in your business is slow?

Then hopefully this blog post will serve you in a positive way and help you overcome your “focus and consistency” issues.

We are only human and our minds are constantly working away whether we like it or not, sometimes we get in our own way of success because our brain is trying to protect us, after all this is what our brain is programmed to do, protect us from danger and gives us our survival instinct of fight or flight.

Focus And Consistency Video Message

What has this got to do with focus and consistency you may be thinking? It’s the inner conflicts we have with ourselves that stops us from progressing forwards sometime, such as not believing in ourselves, thinking we don’t deserve success or being programmed with an old blue print from our parents our friends or what society has led us to believe that in order to be successful you have to go to school, get good grades, go to college get a good job and work for the rest of your life.

Well if you have been in this industry of network marketing for any amount of time then you know that YES you have to work hard and to be able to work hard you have to stay focused and consistent.

It all runs congruent with each other focus + consistency + progress = happiness.

Personal fulfilment and achievement is what we all strive towards, as long as we feel good we are progressing forward and if we are progressing forward we are succeeding.

If you have a business and you are doing everything possible not to take action on income producing activities then you need to take a step back and re evaluate what you really want out of life. You have to have a clear and compelling vision and focus on what you really want.

If you are being pushed towards your vision then your vision and why is not strong and compelling enough whereas if your vision is powerful and your why is that important to you then you will be pulled towards your success.

The difference between being pushed towards rather than pulled towards will be the make or break of your success.

This is where the fight or flight scenario comes into it, will you fight for your success and what you believe in or will you run for the hills and turn your back on your success because you don’t believe in yourself.

How To Stay Focused And Consistent

Let me finish off with this, success leaves clues.

If you want something bad enough you have to go out there and find someone that already has what you want. Copy, duplicate and study what they do but most of all take action.

Do not try to reinvent the wheel

This is 80% psychology and 20% inner mechanics so decide now what you really want out of your life.

Make clear what is most important to you, get in alignment with it and take massive action to achieve it.

Once you’ve achieved it pay it forward what you have learned to someone that needs your new found knowledge.

Dawn says:

The 80/20 rule applies to most of what anyone does in life. But you have to remember that the psychology of every individual is unique.

Someone can be focused and consistent but still not suceed if their mind is stuck in a rut (so to speak). To duplicate a proven process, the mind has to be open to doing just that.

The “buts, ifs, what if, etc.” have to be null. Sort of like the old Star Trek saying, “To go where no man has gone before.”

Paul Evans says:

You are right Dawn, the 80/20 rule applies to everything in life.

To stay focused and consistent you have to make it a daily ritual to move forward
in your self development. To be pulled towards your success rather than to be pushed.

If you have a strong enough WHY!!! that will pull you towards your goals and you enjoy
what you do then you should find it easier to succeed.
